Description

Join me today as we look at the incredible life of Bob Goderre, affectionatly known as Mother Goderre. Bob was a vibrant spokesperson for the queer community in the Sault and along with their partner Jean-Guy LeBlanc they hosted parties and gave the community a safe place to gather.

Their story is also told in the 1999 documentary "I Know a Place" directed by Roy Mitchell.

We are honoured to share their story on our podcast.
